Tracy Faulkner, the Director of Physician Recruitment and Outreach is an experienced physician recruitment professional who has been working with doctors for nearly 20 years. She also knows the doctor’s journey from the academic setting after working in medical schools for almost 10 years.

Immediately prior to joining Methodist Hospitals, she served as the Director of Provider Recruitment for USA Clinics Group for more than three years, where she was responsible for practice acquisitions, hiring and training doctors, contract generation, and negotiations.

Tracy serves as an advocate for the physicians she brings to the organization. In addition to delivering on every promise, she does all she can to ensure that those physicians are supported and get all they need to be successful.

She has a Master’s degree in Higher Education and a professional certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from DePaul University in Chicago.
